Hassan Jabareen

Hassan Jabareen, a Palestinian human rights lawyer, is the Founder and General Director of Adalah - The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel. Hassan is also a lecturer at Tel Aviv University Law School, among others, and is the author of numerous scholarly articles on citizenship, identity, transnational lawyering, and constitutionalism. A former Senior Robina Visiting Human Rights Fellow at Yale Law School in 2012-2013, Hassan Jabareen has received several awards for outstanding public interest lawyering.

 

Stephen Ellmann

Stephen Ellmann is Professor of Law at NYLS; Director of Clinical and Experiential Learning and Co- Chair of the South Africa Reading Group. He is an award-winning author on legal ethics and an expert in clinical legal education, constitutional law, and South African law.

Ruti Teitel

Ruti Teitel is the Ernst C. Stiefel Professor of Comparative Law, NYLS; Director, Institute for Global Law, Justice & Policy; Author, Humanity's Law (OUP, 2012) and Globalizing Transitional Justice (OUP, 2014).
